Blueberry Pancake Syrup

Featuring: Elderberry Balsamic

Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Elderberry Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup blueberries + additional for garnish

Instructions

In small sauce pan, bring water and brown sugar to boil, cook until sugar dissolves. Add Elderberry Balsamic Vinegar and blueberries.  Cook for 5 minutes or until thickened and syrupy. 

Use for pancakes, French toast or over ice cream.
