"The order was delivered over a week late but I received notice after notice that the item was at my local post office on time. I checked with the post office for a week and the Post Master confirmed the tracking said it was there but it was not. What is worse I got NO response from customer service until after it was too late for Christmas and was offered a coupon for my next order. I will never order from this company again. A very expensive Christmas gift was never given."
