If you don’t love your purchase for any reason, we’ll make it right. No stress. No hassle.

Try it. Cook with it. Taste it the way it’s meant to be enjoyed.

If it’s not for you, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.

What happens next:

  • We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Provide store credit, if you prefer

You may be asked for a photo of the product, but in most cases, no return is required.

That’s how confident we are in what we make.

Returns & Refunds

We keep things simple.

For items not covered under our Taste Guarantee (such as unopened gift items or order issues), the following applies:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging
  • Returns must be authorized before being sent

Once approved and received, refunds are processed within 5 business days

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Corporate or bulk orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll fix it.

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Policy

We process orders quickly so you can start enjoying your products as soon as possible.

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days
  • During peak periods, processing may take 3–5 business days
  • Shipping hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders of $59 or more (after discounts)
  • Applies to continental U.S. addresses only

Additional Notes

  • We do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations
  • Promotional shipping offers do not apply to corporate or wedding orders
  • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first to initiate a claim
  • We’ll assist where we can, but are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Barrels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
