We stand behind every bottle we sell.

If you don’t love your purchase for any reason, you may return the unused portion for a refund. No questions asked.

That’s how confident we are in the quality of our products.

If you’re not satisfied:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number
  • Return the remaining unused portion of the product

Once received, we will issue:

  • A full refund, or
  • Store credit if preferred

Shipping Policy

  • $59.00 or more must be spent per recipient/address destination after any coupons or discounts in order to get free standard shipping to that destination.
  • We are not able to offer free shipping to recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or any other International addresses.
  • Free shipping and/or online promotions do not apply to wedding favors or corporate gifting orders.
  • We do not offer delayed shipping.
  • Shipping hours are M - F 6:00 am EST - 3:00 pm EST.
  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take 3–5 business days.
  • Once an order has been shipped, Seven Barrels is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or non-delivery.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
  • Returns should not be sent without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
  • To track the progress of an order, orders must be placed while logged into the customer account, and/or the email provided (at the time of ordering) must be a valid email address. A confirmation email will be sent, immediately following order placement, to the email address provided. Please ensure the email is correctly entered, as this cannot be changed once the order is placed; entering an incorrect email will prevent order status updates from being correctly issued.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first to initiate a claim.
  • Seven Barrels will assist where possible but is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Items that are not in new and unused condition and in the original manufacturer's package will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange.

NOTE: Returns are processed within five business days during non-holiday periods.

In the unlikely event that your item has defects or damage when you first receive it, we will send you a pre-paid return label to return the item for replacement at our expense if you contact us within five days of receiving your order. All defective and damaged items not claimed within five days will not be exchanged. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange. If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork. We reserve the right to correct any orders that are damaged during shipping or that are defective.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seven Barrels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
