Blueberry Pancake Syrup
Featuring: Elderberry Balsamic
- ½ cup water
- 2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- ¼ cup Elderberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup blueberries + additional for garnish
In small sauce pan, bring water and brown sugar to boil, cook until sugar dissolves. Add Elderberry Balsamic Vinegar and blueberries. Cook for 5 minutes or until thickened and syrupy.
Use for pancakes, French toast or over ice cream.
