Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Bourbon Balsamic Onions
Heat the Garlic Olive Oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the onions and salt. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened and beginning to caramelize.
Add the Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar and brown sugar. Continue cooking for 5-7 minutes until the onions become rich, glossy, and jam-like.

Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and reserve.

Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill burgers for approximately 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness.
During the final minute, top each burger with cheddar cheese and close the grill lid until melted.
Step 5: Toast the Buns
Place brioche buns cut-side down on the grill for 30-60 seconds until lightly toasted.
Step 6: Build the Burger
Spread the Bourbon Balsamic Burger Sauce on both sides of the bun.
Layer:
- Lettuce
- Cheeseburger patty
- Two slices bacon
- Bourbon Balsamic onions
- Tomato
- Pickles
Top with bun and serve immediately.
