- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: breadcrumbs and parsley for topping
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute
- Slowly whisk in milk and heavy cream until smooth
- Simmer gently until slightly thickened
- Stir in cheddar and parmesan cheese until melted

- Fold in cooked pasta and stir until fully coated
- Optional: top with breadcrumbs and broil 2–3 minutes until golden
- Serve immediately
