Traditionale Tuscan Italian Sub Sliders
Hot, cheesy Italian sliders with herb-infused rolls and a rich balsamic finish.

This is another established Seven Barrels pairing and gives us one recipe built around the brand’s classic savory flavors.

Ingredients:
- 1 package of 12 connected slider rolls
- 8 ounces thinly sliced ham
- 4 ounces sliced salami
- 12 slices provolone
- ½ cup sliced roasted red peppers, drained
- ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini, drained
- 2 tablespoons Seven Barrels Tuscan Herb EVOO
- 3 tablespoons Seven Barrels Traditionale Balsamic
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Directions:
- Heat the oven to 350°F.
- Slice the entire slab of rolls horizontally without separating the individual rolls.
- Brush the inside surfaces lightly with Tuscan Herb EVOO.
- Layer the ham, salami, provolone, roasted peppers and pepperoncini. Replace the top half of the rolls.
- Brush the tops with the remaining Tuscan Herb EVOO and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Cover with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, simmer the Traditionale Balsamic and honey in a small saucepan for 3–4 minutes, until slightly reduced.
- Cut the sliders apart and drizzle lightly with the balsamic reduction immediately before serving.
