Seven Barrels products:

  • Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Traditionale Balsamic Vinegar

This is another established Seven Barrels pairing and gives us one recipe built around the brand’s classic savory flavors.

Makes: 12 sliders
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of 12 connected slider rolls
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced ham
  • 4 ounces sliced salami
  • 12 slices provolone
  • ½ cup sliced roasted red peppers, drained
  • ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Seven Barrels Tuscan Herb EVOO
  • 3 tablespoons Seven Barrels Traditionale Balsamic
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the entire slab of rolls horizontally without separating the individual rolls.
  3. Brush the inside surfaces lightly with Tuscan Herb EVOO.
  4. Layer the ham, salami, provolone, roasted peppers and pepperoncini. Replace the top half of the rolls.
  5. Brush the tops with the remaining Tuscan Herb EVOO and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, simmer the Traditionale Balsamic and honey in a small saucepan for 3–4 minutes, until slightly reduced.
  8. Cut the sliders apart and drizzle lightly with the balsamic reduction immediately before serving.
