Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

"The best balsamic vinegar out there. Great taste and its consistency is thick and creamy, not watery like some are. It’s a great addition to any recipe that calls for balsamic vinegar."

Ruined for Other Balsamics

"I mentioned to a friend that I was out of balsamic vinegar. She told me that I had to try Seven Barrels. The way she said it made me order some as soon as I got home. I was not disappointed. I mixed some with olive oil and was surprised that it emulsified with no additional ingredients! I thought I would need to add salt or something to my vinaigrette for flavor, but I absolutely did not. I knew when I tasted this on my salad that I could now never let myself run out of Seven Barrels Traditionale Balsamic Vinegar. So happy I heeded my friend's advice!"
