Focaccia Bread with Rosemary Oil

Focaccia Bread

Featuring: Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • Fresh Focaccia bread
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup assorted olives (Kalamata and others, pitted) coarsely chopped
  • 4 sun dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup of Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons of fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

Preheat Broiler.

Slice focaccia bread in half lengthwise. Brush with Rosemary Olive Oil and scatter the minced garlic.

Broil bread until lightly browned.

Arrange olives; sun dried tomatoes, feta and rosemary.
