Balsamic Peach & Burrata Crostini

Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 8 oz burrata cheese

- Flaky sea salt
- Fresh cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Brush baguette slices lightly with olive oil and toast until golden.
- Place a piece of burrata on each crostini.
- Top with peach slices.
- Tear fresh basil over the top.
