Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Combine meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix gently
- Roll into 1–1.5 inch meatballs
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes until cooked through
- While baking, combine elderberry balsamic, brown sugar, and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
- Simmer until slightly thickened
- Add cooked meatballs to the skillet and toss to coat evenly
- Serve warm
