Sweet. Savory. Addictive.

These are the kind of meatballs people keep reaching for.

Tender meatballs coated in a rich elderberry balsamic glaze that’s slightly sweet, savory, and full of depth.

Simple to make. Hard to stop eating.

Ingredients

For the Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef or beef/pork blend
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the Glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Combine meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix gently
  3. Roll into 1–1.5 inch meatballs
  4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes until cooked through
  5. While baking, combine elderberry balsamic, brown sugar, and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
  6. Simmer until slightly thickened
  7. Add cooked meatballs to the skillet and toss to coat evenly
  8. Serve warm

Why This Works

Elderberry balsamic adds:

  • deep berry flavor
  • balanced sweetness
  • richness without heaviness

As the glaze reduces, it coats the meatballs perfectly.

Make It Anytime

Easy to make and even easier to disappear.
