Warm grilled peaches, crisp greens, creamy feta, and a light White Balsamic finish that ties everything together.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed greens or arugula
  • 2 peaches, halved and sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts
  • 2–3 tablespoons Seven Barrels White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Optional: fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat grill or grill pan over medium heat
  2. Lightly brush peach slices with olive oil
  3. Grill peaches 1–2 minutes per side until lightly charred
  4. Arrange greens on a serving plate or bowl
  5. Top with grilled peaches, feta, and pecans
  6. Drizzle with White Balsamic Vinegar and olive oil
  7. Season lightly with salt and pepper
  8. Garnish with basil if desired and serve immediately
