Blackberry Lavender Champagne Cocktail
Featuring: Lavender Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:

2-4 tablespoon Lavender Balsamic Vinegar (dependent on how many servings you wish to make)

1 cup blackberries fresh or frozen

½ cup maple syrup

¼ cup vodka

2 750 ml bottles champagne
Instructions:
Boil blackberries, maple syrup and vodka, mashing berries gently as they cook until blackberries are broken down (about 5 minutes). This will create a rich blackberry sauce. Place in fridge for 1 hour.
In a glass pour 1 tbsp of blackberry sauce, then add 1 tbsp of lavender balsamic vinegar. Mix until fully combined.
Pour chilled champagne over balsamic and blackberry mix and stir or combine in a cocktail shaker.
Add fresh blackberries or fresh lavender as garnish
