Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2–3 tablespoons Seven Barrels Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat
  2. Toss shrimp with lime olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili flakes
  3. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred
  4. Remove from heat
