Rich Flavor. Simple Ingredients.

This is one of those meals that feels like it should take more effort than it does.

Juicy pork chops coated in a slightly sweet, rich glaze with a hint of bourbon flavor.

It’s bold, comforting, and easy enough for a weeknight.

Ingredients

  • 2–4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • 1/4 cup Seven Barrels Bourbon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: pinch of smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper
  3. Add olive oil and sear pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until browned
  4. Remove pork chops and set aside
  5. Lower heat and add garlic to the pan, cooking briefly
  6. Add bourbon balsamic and brown sugar (or honey), stirring to combine
  7. Return pork chops to the pan and coat with sauce
  8. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until sauce thickens and pork is cooked through
  9. Spoon glaze over pork chops and serve
