Roasted Strawberry Whipped Ricotta Toast

with Seven Barrels Traditionale Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon olive oil

1 cup whole milk ricotta
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon zest

4 slices rustic bread (sourdough or baguette)

Instructions

Roast the Strawberries

Preheat oven to 375°F.
