What Is Blueberry White Balsamic?

White balsamic begins with a lighter base made from white wine vinegar and grape must. It has a fresher, more delicate character than traditional dark balsamic. Blueberry juice gives this variety its deep purple color and concentrated berry flavor.

Seven Barrels’ white balsamics are aged for up to two years, while the dark balsamic base is aged considerably longer.

Love the Blueberry Flavor

"I tasted this at a craft and vendor fair. I was hooked immediately and been buying it ever since. That first taste was 4 years ago. I love to put this and the Meyer lemon olive oil on my salad."

— Charlotte K. (5/5)

blueberry and lemon

"After reading online reviews, I selected the blueberry balsamic and lemon oil combination. I reduced the vinegar to a thick syrupy glaze. I rubbed the lemon oil over a filet of wild Alaskan K’Cook Inlet sockeye salmon and covered it, letting it refrigerate overnight. The next evening, I rubbed the salmon again with the lemon olive oil. I then baked the salmon. after covering it with lemon slices and wild blueberries. When done, and plated over a bed of mixed spring greens. The sliced lemon may be squeezed over the salmon, then drizzle the salmon and blueberries with the reduced blueberry balsamic glaze. Serve with a side of jasmine rice. This combination is absolutely fantastic!!"

Delicious

"I found this at an arts festival. I bought this & the lemon oil, and that combination is so delicious that I made salads with it every day until I used them up. I had to have more, so ordered from the company. My children have tried different flavors, but I love this combination so much that I’m sticking to it."

Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar is the Bomb!

"After reveling in the apple and raspberry balsamic vinegars, I tried the blueberry…. great flavor and adding it as another favorite to my list. Nothing compares with these them. The flavor is so deep and although it is expensive, you don’t need much so it lasts a long time. I won’t buy any other brand!"
