TASTE-

The taste is balanced between sweet and sour. Low acidity and sweet in flavor, fig notes and balsamic aromas are evident creating a delicate and enveloping palette bringing sophistication to any dish.

Are all your balsamic’s aged 25yrs ? Or more or some less how about BR5MXD3
Hi. The base to our infused dark balsamics is aged 25 years. The vanilla fig is one of our dark balsamics. So, yes! Our white balsamics are not aged nearly as long, up to two years. I hope this was helpful.
