Sweet Mango. Mild Chile Heat. Endless Possibilities.

Seven Barrels Sriracha Mango Balsamic Vinegar combines sweet mango puree, savory sriracha and gourmet white balsamic vinegar for an irresistible balance of fruit, tang and gentle heat.

The flavor begins with sweet mango and delicate Trebbiano grape notes before finishing with a mild chile kick. It delivers enough heat to wake up chicken, shrimp, tacos, vegetables and grain bowls without overpowering the food.

Pair it with Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil for one of the most distinctive and versatile combinations in the Seven Barrels collection.

How Spicy Is It?

The heat level is mild. You will notice the warmth of red chile, but mango sweetness and white balsamic keep it balanced. Customers frequently describe it as having just the right amount of heat, even when they do not normally choose spicy foods.

Taste: Sweet mango and Trebbiano grape notes balanced by tangy balsamic, garlic and mild red-chile heat.
