Rich Fig, Delicate Vanilla, Endless Possibilities

Seven Barrels Vanilla Fig Balsamic Vinegar combines natural fig purée and vanilla extract with barrel-aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy. The balsamic base is aged for 25 years, creating a rich, thick texture and a beautifully balanced flavor.

Ripe fig brings a deep fruit sweetness while a delicate touch of vanilla softens the balsamic’s gentle acidity. Drizzle it over salads, roasted vegetables, chicken, cheese, warm fruit, pizza, or desserts whenever you want something a little more memorable.

Recommended Olive Oil Pairings

Blood Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil: The signature pairing. Bright citrus lifts the rich fig and vanilla notes, creating a memorable dressing for salads, roasted chicken, fruit, and desserts.

Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil: A fresh, lively pairing that customers especially enjoy in salad dressings.

Sweet Basil Extra Virgin Olive Oil: An herbaceous pairing for goat cheese salads, tomatoes, burrata, chicken, and summer dishes.

Does It Taste Like Dessert?

Vanilla Fig Balsamic is gently sweet, but it is not a dessert syrup. Fig is the leading flavor, the vanilla is subtle, and the aged balsamic provides enough tang and depth to work with savory dishes as well as sweets.

Q&A

Are all your balsamic’s aged 25yrs ? Or more or some less how about BR5MXD3
Hi. The base to our infused dark balsamics is aged 25 years. The vanilla fig is one of our dark balsamics. So, yes! Our white balsamics are not aged nearly as long, up to two years. I hope this was helpful.
