"I love this duo. It was my go to Summer dressing. The peach balsamic compliments fresh salads and vegetables from the farmers market. Tastes amazing with fresh burrata or mozzarella. I like to use peaches in my salad and this is a great compliment. I find myself using it in the Fall and Winter too over grilled vegetables or chicken and pork chops. It goes with absolutely everything. Just enough sweet to go with savory dishes. The olive oil Herbes De Provence is a subtle but delicious flavor profile. It doesn’t over power your dishes, but elevates it. I highly recommend you try it. Especially if you like white balsamic and cook with fresh herbs, I think you would enjoy this duo too."
