"After reading online reviews, I selected the blueberry balsamic and lemon oil combination. I reduced the vinegar to a thick syrupy glaze. I rubbed the lemon oil over a filet of wild Alaskan K’Cook Inlet sockeye salmon and covered it, letting it refrigerate overnight. The next evening, I rubbed the salmon again with the lemon olive oil. I then baked the salmon. after covering it with lemon slices and wild blueberries. When done, and plated over a bed of mixed spring greens. The sliced lemon may be squeezed over the salmon, then drizzle the salmon and blueberries with the reduced blueberry balsamic glaze. Serve with a side of jasmine rice. This combination is absolutely fantastic!!"
