- Hi! I have purchased many of your oils and vinegars for several years from craft festivals in Cape Cod (and maybe Florida?). I have always loved them, but did have a recent problem with the last coconut vinegar I purchased. I can't recall how long ago I bought it-maybe 2 years ago? It was the large size, and I had only used a bit of it, but last time I pulled it out, I had to throw out the remainder. It had turned a dark yellow color, and tasted just awful. I thought your vinegars had a really long shelf life, and this is the only one I've had any trouble with. I am ordering a replacement bottle today, but wanted you to know about my issue. Does this particular vinegar have a more limited shelf life?
